When we think of ghosts, we often imagine someone wandering in front of us; however, an apparition was sighted by the roadside. Think: bride in white.
- This occurred with Suzanne Browne, aged 22, who died with two others in a car accident the night before her wedding in 1965. In 1972, Bob Vandepeer reported stopping at this spot to pick up a young female hitchhiker who vanished from the backseat moments later. I even knew someone who claimed he saw a young woman in white standing by the road one night. "I'm not a ghost person at all, but I know what I saw.
